After years of helping people prevent the flu, Dr. Karen Clickner has created a more comprehensive version of her renowned flu tonic preventative.  Designed to keep the flu at bay, to date not one person that has taken her tonics has had a bout of flu!

High grade herbal extracts of Echinacea Purpurea, Lime Flowers, Andrographis, Baptisia, Cleavers, Mullein and Cat's Claw in a cold-pressed alcohol base. (to remove alcohol from this formula see the decoction information under cautions)

Fill the supplied dose cup to 5 ml and then fill the rest of the cup with juice or water.  Swallow in one gulp.  Take one dose before breakfast and one dose before dinner during the typical flu season which is ideally at the beginning of snow until Easter.

To decoct this formula place the contents of the entire bottle in a small saucepan and heat slowly until there is steam, but NOT to a boil.  As soon as steam is seen, remove from heat and allow to cool.  Rinse the original bottle with hot water and then refill with decocted liquid.  When you prepare each dose, blend with HOT water in the dose cup as directed and then allow to cool before swallowing.  This will remove all alcohol that is remaining in the extract blend.
