Fill the supplied dose cup with 10 ml of tonic and fill the rest of the cup with juice or water.  Swallow in one gulp.  Take one dose before breakfast and one dose before dinner.

To decoct this formula place the contents of the entire bottle in a small saucepan and heat slowly until there is steam, but NOT to a boil.  As soon as steam is seen, remove from heat and allow to cool.  Rinse the original bottle with hot water and then refill with decocted liquid.  When you prepare each dose, blend with HOT water in the dose cup as directed and then allow to cool before swallowing.  This will remove all alcohol that is remaining in the extract blend.
