Hours

We are generally open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 until 6:00 PM. We also are open on most holidays. Most of our therapies are by appointment, but we do welcome walk-in queries.

Location

We are located at One Harvard Street in Brookline Village. Our building is two blocks from Route 9, next to Sovereign Bank.

Public Transportation: We may be reached on public transportation by taking the Green Line, D Train to the Brookline Village stop, which is one block from our door. Also, the public bus stop for Brookline Village is directly in front of our door.

Car Parking: There is ample public metered parking on the streets surrounding our building and in the public lot behind our building. There is also a second public lot behind next to Town Hall two blocks from our clinic. Remember that meters do not require coins after 6 PM nor on Sundays or holidays.

We strive to complement the care and treatment that each of our patients receives from their physician, so please consult with your doctor about any treatment choices you are considering. In this way you can blend therapeutic choices together to provide you with the most comprehensive and effective treatment.

Policies

We are here to help you reach your goal of optimum health. We want to be available to answer your questions and to inspire you when things become difficult, as the healing process can be. But please understand that we cannot do the work for you. So by asking us to work with you, you agree to take ownership of your body, to take responsibility for your health, to be committed to the path you have chosen and to make the changes necessary to achieve your goals.

We ask that in becoming a client of our clinic, you always respect our clinic, our therapists and our other clients. Each person comes to ISIS for healing, relaxation, support and understanding. Please share our space with consideration for others.

Payment Options

Payment is expected on the day of service, or at the time you order from us. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Check or Cash. New clients, when receiving services from us, must present non-debit credit card verification when paying by check.

Gift Certificates

We enjoy seeing new people come into the clinic to use a gift certificate they have been given for one of our wonderful treatments. This really is a lovely gift, but there are a few rules about gift certificates that we would like you to know before purchasing one. First, although we put an expiration date, this is more to encourage the recipient to come in. We will honor a gift certificate regardless of the expiration date on the certificate itself. If someone loses their certificate, we do keep a record so that we can still honor it. Only one gift certificate can be used per service received. Our minimum purchase for a gift certificate is $75.00. Gift certificates are not returnable, nor are they redeemable for cash or credit, only for clinic products and services.

Appointment Options

When making an appointment for the first time with us, we will ask for your credit card information so that we may reserve your appointment time. There will be no charge to your credit card unless you fail to appear for your appointment or you fail to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. Please understand that these fees pay for the therapists' time which has been reserved for you.

We also stress that you must appear for your appointment on time. After 15 minutes, we consider the appointment cancelled and will charge you the full fee for the missed appointment, even if you appear after the 15 minutes grace period.

Series Payments

We do provide a series option for some of our therapies, where a package of sessions may be purchased for a discount. However, any series must be used within six months of purchase. If all sessions are not used within this time frame, sessions already administered shall revert to full price, and the remainder of the series credit shall be sent to you as a gift certificate for you to use for other clinic services and products.

Cancellations

Because our therapists make themselves available to you by appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice when you must cancel an appointment so that we may offer the time to another client. If you are unable to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00 which is to compensate the therapist for their time. This fee will be waived if we are able to rebook your cancelled appointment time. If, however, you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment or you appear more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be responsible to pay the full fee for that appointment and your credit card may be charged if we are unable to receive compensatory payment within 30 days. So even if you forget, have to work late, can't get a baby-sitter or can't park… believe me, we do understand, but we still have set aside the time for you. We hope you understand this professional courtesy.

Returned Checks

Any returned checks will be charged to your credit card including a $20.00 bank charge.

Returns of supplements

If you wish to return a supplement that you have purchased from us, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and it must be unopened. This is to ensure that our supplements are as fresh and viable as possible. Regardless of the reason for the return, this is our policy. Any returns will be given a clinic credit only which is good for one year, after which time, ISIS reserves the right to cancel the credit.
